Our Story

My Nonprofit Resource (MNR) is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping startup and small nonprofit organizations build capacity and scale their impact. We provide strategic support across fundraising, organizational and program development, governance, and communications, partnering closely with mission-driven teams to turn vision into measurable results.

MNR was founded on a simple belief: too many great ideas never reach their full potential because organizations lack the resources, strategy, or support to get there. After years of helping nonprofits secure funding and strengthen their operations, our founder, Memory Rhone, realized that real transformation doesn't happen from across the table - it happens around it.

So instead of building another consulting firm, she built a table. A place where strategists, researchers, operators, creatives, and nonprofit leaders come together to solve problems, share ideas, and help organizations thrive. At MNR, we don't just deliver reports or write grants—we become an extension of your team, celebrating your wins, navigating challenges together, and helping you build an organization that creates lasting impact.

Because when nonprofits are stronger, communities are stronger.
